The traditional export countries on big game are East-Germany and Poland. Our LOUISA deer meat has a delicious and consistant taste. The structure of the meat is so tender, that can even be baked (or grilled) rare, as can be expected from a trully delicacy.

For those who prefer farmed venison, we are also there to stand out. And, where else should we produce it, if not on the only place in the world where meat is synonym to perfection. Argentinean venison, talks by itself!
